  • Send referrals to the employee or department that can best meet the customer's needs.
  • View detailed information about a customer relationship including historical notes about all contacts within your company.
  • Store multiple ways to contact a customer, such as Phone number, Email, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn addresses.
  • Capture and display Do Not Solicit requests by your customers.

*The annual license fee for CCM is $1,188 with a minimum 12-month commitment.  All licenses include initial implementation and set-up, admin training, technical support, and system upgrades.
