Mark Criss
President & CEO
Mark brings over 46 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background that spans from branch-level operations to marketing leadership. He has created dozens of websites, online tools, and automated systems to streamline business processes. As the owner of D2K Marketing since 2013, Mark combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their dogs.

Angela te-Nuyl
Client Services Director
Angela is passionate about teaching and supporting others. She started her career in education then moved to managing marketing and events for a local non-profit, before finding her home at D2K. Angela started with D2K as a Marketing Specialist and is now the director of the marketing department. Outside work she enjoys volunteering for her kid’s school, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Matt, and three kids – Jocelyn, Sawyer, and Leah.

Samantha Baker
Data Processing Director
Samantha leads data operations at D2K, managing a team of talented analysts, overseeing project flow, ensuring quality, and keeping client communication seamless. With a degree in Communication and over 15 years in leadership, she brings clarity, structure, and results to every project. Outside of work, Samantha is a proud mom of three, wife to Kris, and a big fan of cooking, staying active, and cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games.

Kim Turner
Marketing Specialist Team Lead
Kim joined D2K with more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing and project management. Kim takes pride in her commitment to client management. She has been married to her husband for over two decades, and together they have two daughters, Alissa and Emma. In her free time, Kim enjoys attending her daughters’ sporting events and volunteering at the local humane society, where she also fosters kittens.

Abby Shute
Senior Marketing Specialist
Abby has several years of experience in marketing, project management, and client relations. She has worked across multiple industries, including education, film, and gallery curation, before specializing in marketing strategy and execution. Abby holds a Master’s in Luxury and Brand Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Outside of work, she has a passion for art, design, and creative expression.

Laurie Oelkers
Senior Data Analyst
Laurie joined D2K in 2017, bringing with her a strong background in mathematics and programming. She holds a Master of Science degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science from Campbell University, both in Mathematics. Her technical expertise allows her to tailor campaigns with precision and creativity. Outside of work, Laurie and her husband, Phil, enjoy rural life and are proud parents of two adult sons.

Noah Polignone
Senior Marketing Specialist
Noah is a dedicated worker and strives to always provide high-quality services with a personal touch. He got his Bachelors degree from Illinois State University in Integrated Marketing-Communications and started his career in hotel sales before starting his position at D2K. Outside of work, Noah is an aerial acrobat artist and and a father of two dogs. He also enjoys spending time with family and going to local music events.

Jordan Tretsky
Marketing Specialist
Jordan brings over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications to her role at D2K. She is always excited to help her clients achieve their goals and assist them with thinking outside of the box. Jordan loves to travel and has lived all over the United States including Georgia, North Carolina, Minnesota, Florida, and Illinois. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Cory, and daughter Eliza.

Brennan Towery
Data Analyst
Brennan specializes in data processing to support targeted marketing campaigns. He holds a degree in Political Communications, which strengthens his ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights. In his personal life, he’s a dedicated weather enthusiast with a passion for tracking severe weather. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys using his data skills to analyze team and player performance metrics.

Marketing Specialist
Brandon is creative marketer with a strong attention to detail, having held several different Marketing positions before coming to D2K. He enjoys sharing his skills and learning about every client he works with in order to give them the best experience possible. Ashley Zortman
Administrative Assistant
Ashley has a background working as a Volunteer Coordinator at an Elementary School for 10 years. Ashley is familiar with the consumer finance industry due to her husband being in the business for over 20 years now. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband, Gary and daughter Hailey shopping or going to the beach.

Jimmy Hull
Data Specialist
Jimmy is currently pursuing a degree in Medical Laboratory Science at Illinois State University. Prior to his role at D2K, he worked as a Customer Experience Manager and Service Advisor Assistant for a year and a half, where he developed strong organizational and communication skills. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports such as hockey and baseball.
